Refund policy

At Student Thousand1, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, here's what you can do:

• Returns: You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
• Non-returnable items: Customized or personalized stationery items cannot be returned.
• Refund process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Exchanges: We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged order.
